Q. Is the payment mechanism secure?

We offer Square - the leader in secure online payments. We accept all major credit cards.

Q. Do you rent in bulk?

Yes - we are proud to serve a lot of brand name companies who rent from us for film production, photo shoots, conferences, trade shows, product demos, app development and events. For orders over 20 iPhones or iPads, please call us.

Q. Will the rental iPhone work with any carrier within the US and internationally?

We provide unlocked phones The iPhones will work with any carrier in the US (AT&T, T-mobile, Verizon and any carriers that use the AT&T or T-mobile or Verizon network) and internationally.

Q. Is there a minimum period for the rental?

You will incur rental charges in increments of 1 week for the 1st month. If you rent for more than 2 weeks, you will be charged the discounted monthly rate. After the 1st month, you will incur charges in increments of 1 month.

Q. When does the rental period begin and end?

The clock starts after you receive the phone or iPad from us and stops when you ship the phone or iPad back to us.

Q. How will the rental fees be charged? Are they in addition to the deposit?

No - we do not charge your credit card again for the rental fees. The rental fees are deducted from the deposit. At the end of your rental period, we will return the remaining deposit. 

Q. Why do you charge a deposit?

The main reason is to protect ourselves incase the iPhone or iPad is lost or damaged. It also simplifies billing for the rental fees. 

Q. What are shipping charges?

Priority Shipping is FREE - 2 to 3 days 

Express Shipping $10 - 1 to 2 days

Q. Do you have any physical locations?

No. We are an online only shop.

Q. Does the rental charges include any talk, text and data plan?

No - the rental charges do not include a talk, text and data plan - you can purchase a talk, text and data plan optionally from us at an additional cost. 

Q. What is an unlocked phone?

Unlocked phones work with any carrier. Locked phones only work with a specific carrier e.g. only AT&T or only T-Mobile or only Verizon. We provide unlocked phones.

Q. I have special instructions for my order e.g. color of phone, timing of shipping - where do I specify such special instructions?

On the checkout page, there is text box for that purpose titled "Order Instructions/Comments".

Q. Can I install any app from the appstore?

Yes - you can login using your existing apple id or create a new apple id and download any apps that you want. Before you return the rental you will need to logout from your apple account and reset the iPhone.
