1. You agree to reset the iPhones before returning them (Under Settings, go to General->Reset->Erase All Content and Settings).
2. After the rental charges reduce your deposit to less than 50% of the original amount, you agree to allow us to charge your credit card/paypal to restore the desposit to the full amount.
3. We will charge $50 for a cracked iPhone 4s, 5 or 5s screen or major scratches to the screen - $150 for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. For a lost wall plug we will charge $20. For a lost charging cord we will charge $20. For all other damages, we will charge depending on how much it costs us to get it fixed.
4. The full retail value of a new iPhone will be charged in the following scenarios
a) The iPhone is damaged in such a way that we cannot get the iPhone repaired to it's original condition.
b) The iPhone is not reset to defaults i.e. someone is signed in with an Apple ID or to iCloud and you are unable to provide us with the credentials to reset the iPhone.
